Refund and Returns Policy

Please read the following carefully, then submit a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.

Requests for Refund

Refund requests must meet the following conditions:

  1. Trial First: Before purchasing, request a trial account. We provide trial accounts so you can test the service. If you are not satisfied, do not purchase a long-term service.

  2. Internet Speed: If your internet speed is too slow to use our FixoTV services, refunds will not be provided.

  3. Setup Issues: Our support team is available 24/7. If you cannot set up FixoTV on your devices, refunds are not guaranteed. Please consult our tutorials for proper IPTV setup.

  4. Payment Errors: If you accidentally purchase the wrong service (e.g., intended a 3-month service but purchased a longer plan), submit a ticket in the support section. Our support team will review and, if approved, process the refund.

  5. Expired Accounts: Refund requests will not be accepted if the account has expired for 7 days or more.
